Fresh Employees

There will be about 200 fresh employees entering the company. Among these, there is only me who is a foreigner. So I wont be able to find a foreigner companion. I really worry about that because working is different from studying. At school, even if you dont have a friend, you can study. But at company you have to work in team with high responsibility. What make me worry is that I'm ot good at communicating with people. hmmm...

Your situation is somehow much better than the one who has to work with Japanese even though he doesn't know a word in Japanese.

It may be true. But it depends on the situation. If he is employed regardless of his ability to speak Japanese, he may not need to worry. In my case, I am employed on condition that I speak japanese as good as the Japanese does.

Congratulation!!!

Well.. according to the situation, i think that it is not the problem as i can see U can speak Japaness.. I used to meet the worse situation when i attended the trainig course on Performance Audit in India.

Everyone came from different countries (40 countries) and their audit experience are at least 4 or 5 years, but Me.. ohh.. better not say!!!

U know what??? our problem was not the way we communicated coz as time went by we will get to know each other but we had to listen to Indian Prof.. lolzzz

Imagine it!!!

Hashaha.. seem i'm talking too much :P
